Senior Consultant
Maria I. Badali is a Senior Consultant with Dudley Hamilton Associates,
specializing in change management, strategic planning, human capital
management, and strategic diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Maria’s multidisciplinary and multicultural skills provide
her with a unique perspective when developing strategies for individual
and organizational success. A global citizen with a wide range of
cross-cultural experiences, she possesses a strong understanding
of multi-cultural issues. Maria received her Master’s of Business
Administration from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College
and a Master’s degree in Linguistics and Pedagogic from the
State University of Pertrozavodsk, Russia. She has extensive experience
managing global teams in both Russia and the US, and has worked
as a facilitator, consultant and executive coach for corporate,
nonprofit, government, and academic organizations.
Maria is an exceptional analyst and strategist with a keen understanding
of organizational and human dynamics. She approaches her work with
the utmost integrity and is able to effectively balance and integrate
business, operational and people related issues and dynamics in
setting up and implementing complex projects and initiatives.
As part of the DHA team, Maria develops customized learning and
consulting solutions in close collaboration with clients. She has
consulted to a wide range of organizations, including AT&T,
Amnesty International USA, Columbia School of Public Health, Covenant
House International, Ethicon (J&J Company), The Metropolitan
Museum of Art, Novartis, and NYC Administration for Children Services,
among others.
A native of Russia, Maria speaks Russian, English, and Finnish.
She is appreciated for her technical skills as well as her ability
to connect with diverse audiences with authenticity and heart.
